No. Sending a request is free. We check availability with our local partner and send you a written, itemised quote. You only pay once you have accepted it.

Unless your quote says otherwise, you get a full refund if you cancel 7 days or more before your first service, and no refund after that. The terms for your booking are shown in your quote before you pay anything.

When you book an airport pickup we ask for your flight number so the driver can plan around your actual landing time. Waiting time and any extra charges are set out in your quote before you confirm.

Most visitors need a visa arranged before travel, plus a yellow fever vaccination certificate. Requirements depend on your nationality, so check with the Ghana Immigration Service or your nearest Ghana embassy.
