Step 1
Tell us what you want
Send a request from any tour, stay or transport page, or use Plan Your Trip for a whole itinerary. No account needed, and no payment.
You get an email with your reference (it starts with FTG-).

Step 2
We check and quote
We check availability for your dates with our local partners, then email you an itemised quote with the total, what is and is not included, and the cancellation terms.
Each quote shows the date it is valid until.

Step 3
Accept your quote
Open the link in your quote email and accept it online, or tell us by email or WhatsApp. Your booking is created with the exact prices and terms you accepted.
Prefer something different? Decline it and tell us what to change.

Step 4
We confirm with partners
We confirm each part of your trip with the hotel, driver or guide, and let you know as soon as everything is confirmed.
We never promise a specific vehicle, room or guide until the partner confirms it.

Step 5
Pay and travel
Pay using the instructions in your booking email. You get a receipt for every payment. Before your trip, we share your driver or guide contact details on WhatsApp.
