Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to plan a trip with FlyToGhana.

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA for the main parts of our website: browsing tours, stays and transport, sending a request, and viewing and accepting a quote.

What we have done

  • Pages work on phones, tablets and computers, and can be zoomed to 200% without losing content.
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
  • Form fields have labels, and error messages explain what to fix.
  • Images have text descriptions, and text colours are chosen for readable contrast.

Known limitations

We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit. Some photos and older content added by our team may not yet have full text descriptions. We are working through these.

Need help, or found a problem?

If anything on our website is hard to use, tell us and we will help you plan your trip another way, by email, phone or WhatsApp. Email hello@flytoghana.com or use our contact page, and tell us the page and the problem. We will reply as soon as we can.

Travelling with access needs

Tell us about any accessibility needs in your request. We will ask our partners about access at hotels, attractions and in vehicles, and tell you honestly what we find before you book.
