About Fetu Afahye

Fetu Afahye is the festival of the Oguaa people of Cape Coast. After purification rites, the town fills with a carnival-like procession of chiefs in palanquins, Asafo warrior companies with their flags, and drummers. It is one of the most spectacular festivals in Ghana.
